A league of their own
It was a confirmation of the ultimate breeding strategy designed by Mike Ganus to breed a family of one loft dominating pigeons. Mike spent the last years investing in winning Million Dollar race pigeons and bringing these top genes together. “I saw the champions of the most prestigious one loft race in the world pass on their specific qualities to perform in these battles more likely than champion racers in the national programme. The one loft racers form a league of their own. I searched for the best, descending from generations of winners, to compose my own Million Dollar family.”
Relatively soon Mike succeeded in his intentions, when GFL267-2015 Laura Is A Big Winner Today won the Million Dollar race 2016 … Mike bought his own winner back for the record amount of 100,010 US Dollars. “Because I want the best in my breeding team – and my own winner has to be in my team!” From these super breeders a fine selected team was send to the new Victoria Falls World Challenge 2017 … and dominated the result!
