After 5 training races ,owners activation willl commence from dec 12th to december 22nd . Third party actvation will commence from December 22nd to January 8th. Pigeons NOT activated will not be sent to anymore races. In case of conflict, the first money transferred have the priority to Activate. Any payment from owner have priority over third party people.
