As regular as it seems for Andreas and Walter Drapa, the way these super champs reign in German pigeon sport can only be characterised as unique … In 2015 again they will be purveyor of the Olympiad, sending a possible 5(!) of their cracks to Budapest.
It seems as nothing can stop the hegemony of one of the greatest all time champions in modern pigeon racing, even the brutal burglary of valuable breeders. The Drapa’s were discouraged at first, but not for long. Disappointment was transformed into determination and when an expert such as Andreas rolls up his sleeves even an extra bit, the outcome can very well be predicted. Driven to the bone the Drapa racing team stormed through the year of 2014 and after all the efforts the satisfactory result is a season of successes even such a great champion can be proud of. New super breeder Pokerface
He had been verified as champion performer on many occasions before; the wonder cock Pokerface as 1st German & 2nd Int. Olympiad bird all round Poznan 2011, 1st Europe Cup all round 2010 and 1st Nat. acebird RIRO of Germany 2009 with 9 x 1st prize, he is in racing a worthy successor of his father Champ, base breeder of the Drapa colony. When one of Pokerface’s first sons Hero made his way to the arena and won 9 x 1st prize and a grandchild was crowned as 3. Nat. ace young bird HDI Germany 2013 later – Andreas felt this could be the one, the new super breeder and he paired him up to all his top winning and breeding hens. The 2014 season was the definite breakthrough as new star breeder for Pokerface.
The best Drapa performer of the last 2 years is Sky Fighter (DV01769-10-1492) Crowned as 1. National acebird in HDI champion 2 years in a row and winner of an incredible 10 x 1st prize … He is bound to represent Germany in the Budapest Olympiad as well. ‘Sky Fighter’ is bred from ‘Pokerface’ x the Olympiad hen ‘Penelope’ (click here for the pedigree of ‘Skyfighter’) and his performances are amazing:

Königspaar) and therefore strong inbred to probably one of the best breeding pairs ever in the world; König x Königin of Andreas Drapa, the breeders of Carl and Champ (click here for pedigree Super Mario).
