What is a Hold Back Listing?
We are introducing the hold Back Listing this season. This is a list of pigeons that have either returned home late from the training flight the day before or have been injured. In the interest of the pigeons, these pigeons are allowed time to recover and will be reintroduced into training as the loft management feel they are fit to join the rest of the team.
As the pigeon’s identity ring is sealed, it is impossible for us to give a reason why an individual pigeon has been held back.
